The Grand and Glorious League of Islam, formed in the year of Allah in 1400, hearby declares the creation of this League of Islam, in order to form a council of cooperation among the nations of Islam, and promote common faith among them and unity. The League will have a Council of Sultans, to make decisions for the League, and a vote of majority will be needed to pass any acts. The council may vote to declare war, make peace, impose sanctions, but may never invade a peaceful nation which does not pose a threat. The Council will be made up of Heads of State of each member nation, and disagreements among members will be solved diplomatically.
