They are made by taking the memories and beliefs of the subject, replicating them, and placing the copy in a dino-droid's computer "brain" so that they know how to act like the creature they are pretending to be. Unlike real dinosaurs, they run on Robotix oil as they are machines, not living things. All dino-droids are weak to the chemical Mega-Spray Y and high-pitched sounds, which cause them to melt or explode.
