A Strato Fighter is a military aircraft designed for combat within the Earth's stratosphere (33,000 feet - 164,000 feet above sea level). Strato Fighters feature extremely high speeds at a large detriment to their maneuverability; they are typically used for high-speed or long-distance intercepts. The RF-12A2 Blackbird II and the R-311 Remora are the only two known Strato Fighters.
