You swallow one creature that you are currently pinning, unless they succeed on a Fortitude save. Swallowed creatures functionally cease to exist. If anyone cuts open your stomach (a Coup de Grace with a slashing weapon will suffice), then all creatures you have swallowed with Swallow Whole will be released in precisely the state they were in when you swallowed them.
