Mark Labbett, a supply teacher from Newport, was a contestant on series 19 of the UK version of the show on 8 & 29 April, 2006. He had made an unsuccessful attempt at getting in 5 months before on 5 November 2005. When he did eventually get in he walked away with £32,000 after incorrectly answering his £64,000 question. He is best known for his role as the "Chaser" on the ITV game show The Chase in the UK and as well as the American version in 2013-2015 and the Australian version in 2015-present.
