Anwi 'Eikumee was a Sangheli who was a High ranking officer of the Covenant, as well as (currently) a Fleetmaster of the Swords Of Sanghelios (Sangheli loyal to Arbiter). He was a courages leader, and was very honorable, often letting the enemy have a fair chance at battle.
