Carl Rodd is the owner of Fat Trout Trailer Park which was home to Teresa Banks and allegedly two generations of the Chalfont family. Carl is a heroic smoker and makes an incredibly strong pot of coffee. His irritability masks a deeper concern, that is unfortunately hampered by a reluctance to get involved. Carl was the last person to see FBI Special Agent Chester Desmond.
