Terraforming Gas II could be used to rapidly create clouds, which would grow denser and denser until it began raining. The rain could create lakes, seas and ultimately oceans. The gas would also mildly accelerate the growth and evolution of bacteria and plant life, firmly establishing an ecosystem. However, this gas required an atmosphere to activate, so, if used with in conjunction with Terraforming Gas I, it could effectively turn even an asteroid into a habitable mass.
