Valla's Bequest is a Legendary Hand Crossbow for the Demon Hunter in Diablo III. It requires character level 8 to drop. In patch 2.3.0, it replaced Izzuccob. The unique affix works on all missiles of Strafe, but Demolition grenades only pierce once. It rolls with 5 Primary affixes.
