The Yuma province (So3) was the southernmost Soshi province in the Seikitsu Mountains, extending from the northernmost borders of the Kakushikoto (Sh2) and Fukitsu provinces (Yo1), to the southernmost borders of the Kinbou (So1) and An'ei provinces (So2), and the easternmost border of the Ryoko province (Sh1), being enveloped by the westernmost border of the Lion provinces. Notable location within the province was the Hidden Watch Keep (S4), the Scorpion Clan's most secretive shinobi dojo and training grounds. The Governor assigned to rule over the province was always chosen carefully.
