On July 11th, 2007, American private military company Displace International met with the Japanese I-SDF in order to discuss the sale of a weaponized algorithm. The meeting was conducted in a bathhouse in the Shinjuki district with armed men from both Displace International and the I-SDF securing the bathhouse, and to make sure that the meeting would go through. Tetsou was Kenada's bodyguard as the deal and purchase was going to be made in the secured area. Kenada intended to purchase the information warfare algorithms from Shetland, but not to actually pay for them. As the deal went bad, Tetsou called out Kenada by name, to which Kenada responded, "Tetsou!"
