F-TO, or Fito, was the chief administrator droid of the phrik metal mine. F-TO was kept busy by overseeing the other droids at the mine. He oversaw the mine for three cycles. He was known to be demanding, and, according to Cammy, needed "a swift kick in his personality program", but while he still proved helpful. After a Rebel's droid rid the mine of an assassin droid, F-TO begged him to work at the mine. The droid declined the offer.
