Brevin O'Kukovich was Interim Viceroy of the League of Nobles the final years of the Butlerian Jihad. He had very little actual power besides the Grand Patriarch, merely filler. He had the reputation for making vacuum comments which were ignored by the Jihad Council members. His service lasted until sometime after the Great Purge.
