Born into an unrecorded Domain, Dag grew up on the worldship Koros-Strohna and was fathered by Tur Tchilat, his designated crèche parent. Dag also be came an apprentice of Tur as a member of Tur's new religious movement, which looked to reform the traditional Yuuzhan Vong religion and usher in an era of peace. After years of teaching, Tur was executed by Vong conservatives in later in 29 ABY, just after the first war had ended.
