Reichenbach was an Andermani shipping line. The Karawane was one of their freighters, operating in the Silesian Confederacy. Like other Reichenbach vessels, it was equipped with a special "booby-trapped" transponder that would sent out a covert Code Seventeen-Alpha if the ship was taken by pirates. (HH10)
