After being defeated many times over in the Z movies, Broly's soul could only linger, hateful as ever. During the events of GT, Goku had acquired Super Saiyan 4. He met his toughest foe in Omega Shenron. While all this was happening, Zalgo captured Broly's soul, and shot it into Bulma's machine designed to turn Vegeta SSJ4. The machine exploded in a cloud of red fire. In came a nightmarish entity known as Zalgo Hyper SSJ Broly. With an enraged laugh, he proceeded to dismantle Goku with ease, then Vegeta, and then Shenron. And then it got worse....
