In the mid-19th Century PD, she served as her planet's senior delegate in the Solarian League Assembly, where she vigorously lobbied against the practice of genetic slavery. Manpower Incorporated planned to assassinate her, but the Biological Survey Corps and the Audubon Ballroom heard of the plans and killed the Mesan agents first. (HHA6.3: BATB)
