Horst the Cautious was the Ottilian Emperor around 1750. When an invading army attacked Talabecland, Horst chose to bide his time. This proved to be an unpopular choice in Talabheim, where the city revolted and chose their own Emperor, Helmut II. However, Horst remained in control of the rest of Talabecland. Thus, for a short amount of time, there were two Ottilian Emperors. However, this was only short lived, and Talabheim and Talabecland were probably reunited once one of the claimants died.
