Sett-Ra is the main villain from Shaq Fu. He is an evil sorcerer which had been sealed away long ago in another dimension called the "Second World". In order to recover his powers and enter our world again, he have kidnapped a boy called Nezu, who have magical powers, and brought him into the Second World.
