Kira LaFontaine is the sister of Kimi. She agreed to a three way with Quagmire and Kimi, as long as she and Kimi didn't touch. However, it was soon revealed that she was only 15 and that Kimi was only 3 years older than her after they had sex and word got out to higher authorities. Quagmire had to testify before court because he, a 61 year old, was legally married to a 17 year old girl.
