Hi, I'm putnik. I'm sysop and bureaucrat at Russian Central Wikia and some others. Also I'm admin at Russian Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, Rodovid and OpenStreetMap Wiki. Now I want to make Wikia more friendly for Russian users. Russan interface haven't big part of messages (I told about it on Forum). Because I don't see other way to translate Central Wikia interface, I wish to get sysop flag there.
