Mike Callahan (real name "Justin") is the owner of Callahan's Place, husband to Lady Sally McGee, and father fo Mary Callahan-Finn. He is described as a heavy-set Irish man with a cigar perpetually hanging from his mouth. He is from the far-distant ficton of Harmony and is visiting 20th century Earth due to it's pivotal nature.
