In the fairytale land that was, a sweaty Cora, back in her raggedy clothes, is lying in a bed as she screams out in pain. She takes deep breathes as she begins pushing and squeezing with all her might, "One more. Big one" a midwife says at the end of the bed as she helps deliver the baby. Cora grips the sheets of the bed tightly as she forces again, "Push!" the midwife urges her. Cora goes red in the face and then suddenly there is a look of relief on her face. ("Bleeding Through")
