The game is played as Diddy Kong and Dixie Kong. The main objective is to gather as many fireflies as possible in the area while avoiding Klubba, within the 1 minute time limit. Bugs will be in random locations over the Kiosk, designed as a circle with a small "safe" area in the bottom left corner. Invincibility Barrels occasionally spawn that give the Kongs safety from Klubba's attacks. After getting a certain amount and surviving, the Kongs will be rewarded with bananas, coins, and even Extra Life Balloons.
