Cavendish Square is a site in Park South, Swindon, currently undergoing extensive regeneration work by Swindon Borough Council. The site features a newly re-developed 6-storey block of flats and various shops currently awaiting demolition. The Square once had a public area, more shops, a line of garages and two 12-storey tower blocks however all have now been demolished and the tower blocks replaced with new housing.
