Artacz was a minion of Aaronev Wilhelm Sturmvoraus, apparently serving as his secretary. He brought Aaronev the day's reports and relayed orders. He also had a remarkable similarity to Artax the wizard from Nodwick. We don't know whether he survived the weirdness that broke loose in Sturmhalten after one of those reports that he brought described the approach of Master Payne's Circus of Adventure. As an , he's most probably a revenant.
