"I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing" is a power ballad performed by American hard rock band Aerosmith for the 1998 film Armageddon, and covered by American DJ and record producer Jake Watson for the compilation album Cover Week 90's and 00's. It was released as the album's lead single on August 31, 2016, alongside Wilde's cover of "About You Now". Upon its release, Watson's version of the song received overwhelmingly positive reviews from music critics, who commended Watson for "giving his own twist to a classic song" and "still doing it justice".
