As the name implies, Neo Organization XIII was a faction very similar to the Organization XIII of Roxas' world. This is no coincidence, as the Nobody himself was the leader. Naturally, the members were made up entirely of nobodies, and were quite sizable in number as far as Factions go. However, the Neo Organization was disbanded sometime ago, almost all of it's members having disappeared from the multiverse.
