Spin Doctor was a speedster assigned to First Strike. During a mission to capture the Freedom Fighters, the team was routed and forced to retreat to S.H.A.D.E. headquarters. Following Chief Justice's demotion, Americommando was placed in charge of the unit. Within seconds, he had angered Americommando and was brutally killed for his flippant attitude.
