Celeste Koon is a Canadian filmmaker and television art department staff member, best known for her live action children's short films. She produced two segments aired on Sesame Street. In 2013, she developed the live action multimedia short films "A is for Adventure" (YouTube) and "O is for Ocean" (YouTube) for Sesame Street. Both aired in season 44. She was writer, director, and production designer for the segment, created alongside Toronto and Sesame Workshop producers. Celeste was chosen through a pitch sessions at TIFF Kids Film Festival, open to talent that had previously participated in TIFF's professional development programmes.
