The Sand-Witcher is a sand-witch maker and former alchymist and fire-flower maker located in Oldtown market. To obtain her fire-flower ingredients Kian distracts her by ordering a sand-witch, enabling Bip to steal the aforementioned ingredients while her back is turned. Bip also gets to eat the profit. The Sand-Witcher wears a sash with the (Azadi?) symbol for Magical. This may be mandated by the Azadi.
