Delcan Finyaft was a Duros ship mechanic credited with creating the "floating cantina" known as Port Nowhere. He purchased an Azalus-class Hutt dreadnaught, the Potentate's Pride, from the one-time Hutt Cartel Supreme Mogul, Barabbula the Hutt. Finyaft spent six years with a full crew retrofitting the vessel and re-opened it as a mobile cantina under the name Port Nowhere.
