Toni Procopio is a tough girl that goes to Laura Winslow's and Steve Urkel's school. In The Gun, she and her two friends stole Laura's leather jacket. She was later arrested by Carl Winslow, but got out on bail. The next day, she appeared in the parking lot, and showed Laura and Steve her gun. The next day, she shot Josie in the arm because Josie would not give Toni her new shoes. After this, Toni wasn't seen or mentioned again, although it's presumed that she was arrested and imprisoned, this time for good.
