A chubby young lad with long hair that reaches his lower back and large thick-rimmed glasses, Ilari is often mistaken for a girl. He doesn't mind, not bothering to correct those who assume such. He is frequently seen wearing his own knitted or crocheted creations, as well as a variety of colourful ribbons, especially in his hair. He wears a modified version of Novania's Royal Medical Corps' student outfit most of the time, but enjoys dressing up for formal or informal events. He has warm brown eyes, and is often smiling at people. He seems to have the miraculous ability to remain cheerful in any situation, leading to his name- "Ilari", coming from a word meaning cheerful.
