The title of Commandant, also Commandant of the Eriaduan Forces, Commandant of the Eriaduan Fleet, or Commandant of the Eriaduan Military, was a position in the military of the Eriaduan Empire. It was the culmination of several of the most senior positions in most typical militaries combined into one. The Commandant was the person appointed by Emperor Antonio de Borgia to serve as commander-in-chief of the Empire's forces on behalf of the Emperor. He shared control of the military with the Executor of War, who acted as chief administrator and primary liaison to the Emperor.
