Phoboilga was a t'landa Til agent who controll Besadii interests on Drall. He met Trie'gyui in the Yellow Squareboard, but the two fled to Vortex attempting to escape Erebos, Inc.. There, Phoboilga was captured by the hunters, and betrayed Trie'gyui in exchange for his life.
