Kazuo Matsushita (一男松下, Kazuo Matsushita) also know as the Yellow Lightning (黄電光 Ki Denkou) is the Shipwright of the Dragon Blade Pirates, he worked from very small in a firm of shipbuilders where he learned everything he knows today. He joined the crew of Katsu after being defeated by him. He swore to serve the Katsu until the day he beat him in a fair fight.
