Donna was an employee in the chip shop that Jack Sugden briefly worked in during late 1989. She had a deep dislike for her grumpy boss Sid Flower and didn't enjoy working in the chip shop. She told Jack that he was Fred's replacement and that he wouldn't last long as nobody ever does.
