From Set 10 onwards, in order to commemorate the release of a new set, Broccoli always held a sale commemoration tournament (発売記念大会 Hatsubai Kinen Taikai) in various card shops across Japan around the set's release date. Similar to official tournament, the participants will also receive a special promotional card that always changed in accordance to the tournament.
