Blood Knights seeking to obtain the rank of Master and ride the Thalassian charger must enter the Abbey, obtain a vial of its holy water and bring it back to Lord Solanar Bloodwrath in Silvermoon. The abbey has a rope for ringing the tower bell in the loft, but nothing happens when it is right-clicked, despite its having a "use" icon.
