I'm not sure if I read somewhere that this is technically a requirement (I might be getting it mixed up with the FRS), but I feel like many of our active members here don't see the new topics on the talk page right away. Instead of notifying them to check or waiting for them to see the changes, do you think we should stress for all members to follow this page?
