Tir Kapov was a star system located in the Federation in the Alpha or the Beta Quadrant in the Rigel sector. Its system was home to a number of planets. Tir Kapov II, or Tabulon, was the only Class M world. It was home to an Orion Colony and Starbase 27 (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge).
