Shinnic the Thief is a halfling Undercity Boss who, as his nickname suggests, specializes in thievery. He is not a powerful boss, and has only few dependants and even less truly competent rogues under his command. Still, his thief gangs are a great nuisance to northern Tarloc, and make unsafe the streets of the south district. Even the other bosses are not safe from them, which sometimes puts Shinnic in a very dangerous position. Rumour has it that Shinnic is a frequent customer of the Night Raiders, and that he even helps them with their business on occasion.
