Duncan Howell was a recurring character who was portrayed by David Alpay. Along with his colleague, Mia, he tried to assist Alex by clearing her name from the list of suspects involved in the Grand Central bombing. He worked as a hacker in the hacktivist group 'The Unknown'. Later in the events of Alex, he was found to have committed suicide, but not before sending an important message to Alex Parrish.
