Robert Belal was a king of Shimaron. When he thought that all of his family had died in an attack on the castle he jumped into a lake to kill himself but ended up being transported to Earth in 1798. After he is transported it is revealed that his son Page survived. On Earth he had a family and Richard Dueter is his great great grandson. While he died many years before his arm never rotted, because it is the key to the forbidden box End of Wind, and was handed down through the generations. His arm is then later given to Conrad after his own arm was cut off.
