After Becky McDonald had been falsely arrested in August 2009 on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply (orchestrated by corrupt police officer DC Hooch and her ex-boyfriend Slug), she and husband Steve sought the advice of a Solicitor. When Steve complained that he was paying £150 per hour for him to help them, the solicitor pointed out that he was also paid in an advisory capacity and told Becky to prepare herself for a custodial sentence.
