Bernhard Ryan Keller (born March 1, 3705) is a Rutanian politician who served as the Secretary of the Navy. Prior to this, Keller served as the first CEO of Comtrac and was the Governor of Khodor for 4 years. Keller is the first person to head up one of the three military departments without having a military background.
