This ability allows you to get more detail on your map when you start a mission, it's highest level is 10. Each level you increase this gives you a higher chance of downloading the map, as well as gives you more information and makes the map more accurate. In summary this ability will allow you to find your targets much faster than you would by simply running around a mission area.
