Higuchi is a female university student who lives near Sakanaka, a client of the SOS Brigade. She owns many dogs. In Wandering Shadow her dog Michael got sick with the same mysterious "ghost" which affected Sakanaka's dog, Rousseau. The SOS Brigade cured both dogs at the same time, moving the "ghost" into Shamisen.
