Anna Elliot is the Deputy Secretary of State who made regular contact with NCIS Special Agent Timothy McGee in regards to the investigation concerning Jeffrey White and the stolen Iraqi antiques. She was rude and intimidating, constantly interrupting McGee over and over again. She also expressed some dislike towards NCIS, believing that the FBI was probably best suited to the investigation instead. McGee eventually took some advice from his boss and told Elliott to "stick it" before ending the conference, ensuring that Elliot couldn't say anything else. Everyone in MTAC applauded McGee.
